The Senior Principal Technical Solution Architect will lead the design and execution of advanced software architectures for next-generation humanoid robotics applications. This role sits at the intersection of robotics, artificial intelligence, embedded systems, cloud platforms, and physical hardware. You will drive critical technical decisions, define scalable platforms, and transform innovative concepts into reliable production solutions. Accountabilities:

The Senior Principal Technical Solution Architect will own the end-to-end technical vision for humanoid robotics software platforms, ensuring scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions. This role combines architecture leadership, hands-on engineering expertise, and team mentorship to accelerate the development of advanced robotic systems.

• Design and own scalable, modular software architectures for humanoid robot applications across robotics, AI, cloud, and edge environments.
• Define technical strategies and select appropriate robotics frameworks, SDKs, operating systems, and development platforms.
• Lead architecture decisions involving robotic operating systems, AI infrastructure, deployment models, and distributed software systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to optimize system performance, including latency, compute resources, thermal constraints, battery usage, and power efficiency.
• Develop reusable software platforms and application frameworks that support multiple robotic form factors and deployment scenarios.
• Define the integration strategy for foundation models, agentic AI systems, multimodal intelligence, memory architectures, and reasoning engines within robotic applications.
• Guide proof-of-concepts into production-ready deployments by ensuring reliability, observability, maintainability, security, and operational readiness.
• Partner with robotics manufacturers, technology providers, and internal engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support engineering teams by providing technical direction, removing blockers, and promoting engineering excellence.
