Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end system design for high‑security defense platforms, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and regulatory standards.
- Lead IFC (Information Flow Control) management, coordinating cross‑functional teams to maintain secure data handling and compliance with Top Secret clearance protocols.
- Drive integration of embedded systems, cybersecurity controls, and software components, validating performance through rigorous testing and verification.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and deliverables, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in systems engineering for defense or aerospace environments, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale projects.
- Deep knowledge of IFC principles, cybersecurity frameworks, and embedded system integration.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Valid Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time and relocate if necessary.
