About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of high‑availability, secure microservices using Java and Spring on AWS.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery across agile teams, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Mentor engineering teams, championing best practices in CI/CD, observability, and security.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging cloud and security technologies, recommending adoption to maintain market leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ in senior leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3).
- Proven track record designing and scaling microservice architectures.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance, and DevSecOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
