About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic product offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate user insights and AI capabilities into scalable, high‑impact features.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives, prioritizing work, managing backlogs, and driving Agile ceremonies to deliver on time and within scope.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user data to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, communicating product direction, progress, and outcomes to executives and external partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in AI/ML‑enabled products.
- Deep understanding of data analytics, user experience design, and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience driving data‑driven product decisions.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
