As a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex mechanical systems, collaborating with engineers from various disciplines, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, and solid modeling. Proficiency in Python programming and experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks and CATIA are also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems, including mechanical components, systems, and subsystems.
- Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines, including electrical, software, and systems engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on mechanical engineering principles and practices.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, and solid modeling.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks and CATIA.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
