Lead the design and deployment of large‑scale prediction and optimization engines for a high‑velocity ad‑tech platform, driving performance across CTV, mobile, and omnichannel environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that predict and optimize ad performance at scale.
- Develop ranking and calibration models to improve targeting accuracy across CTV, mobile app, and omnichannel channels.
- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure low‑latency, high‑throughput model serving.
- Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement of model metrics and business KPIs.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ML lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on optimization and prediction.
- Proficiency in Python, distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Deep knowledge of ranking, calibration, and large‑scale model serving techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Experience in ad‑tech or related high‑frequency data domains is a plus.
