About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end agentic systems that autonomously learn and adapt using state‑of‑the‑art machine learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Design scalable, fault‑tolerant pipelines on AWS, integrating services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and ECS/EKS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, production‑ready models and microservices.
- Mentor and lead a small team of engineers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous delivery.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging AI/ML methodologies and evaluating their applicability to agentic workloads.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and reinforcement learning libraries.
- Hands‑on experience deploying ML workloads on AWS, including container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering high‑impact, production‑grade solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
