About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Distribution Management Systems (DMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and SCADA platforms to support grid reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate real‑time data acquisition, advanced analytics, and automation into existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, configuration baselines, and performance metrics.
- Conduct system performance analysis, fault detection, and root‑cause investigations to recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to junior analysts and field engineers on DMS/EMS/SCADA best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in power system operations, with deep expertise in DMS, EMS, and SCADA technologies.
- Proven track record of leading complex system deployments and upgrades in a regulated utility environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling, simulation, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field preferred.
