Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions that optimize manufacturing workflows and supply chain logistics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable data science and engineering projects.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and dashboards that provide real-time insights for decision makers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions for continuous improvement.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices for sustainable competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture within manufacturing or supply chain domains.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that drive measurable cost savings or revenue growth.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a consultative approach.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
