About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of pricing implementation projects, from requirement gathering to go‑live and post‑implementation support.
- Design and develop data models and pricing algorithms using SQL and advanced Excel techniques.
- Collaborate with product, underwriting, and IT teams to integrate pricing solutions into production systems.
- Analyze pricing performance, identify improvement opportunities, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, documentation, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related roles within insurance or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy frameworks and regulatory environment is a plus.
