Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of ERCOT IBR modeling and NERC PRC‑0.29 technical studies, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Act as primary client liaison, gathering requirements, addressing concerns, and presenting study results.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering technical growth and performance excellence.
- Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Support business development by contributing technical expertise to proposals and client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field with extensive experience in power systems analysis.
- Proven expertise in ERCOT IBR modeling and NERC compliance studies (PRC‑0.29 or similar).
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and develop junior engineers.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and client‑facing communication skills.
