Systems Engineer
Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of power generation and distribution systems, leveraging advanced power electronics, grid integration, and SCADA technologies to enhance reliability and efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and model high‑voltage power systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution networks, using MATLAB/Simulink and Power Flow tools.
- Develop and implement power quality and protection schemes for critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Integrate renewable energy sources and energy storage into existing grids, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of power system faults, providing actionable recommendations for mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in power system design, analysis, and operation.
- Strong knowledge of grid codes, renewable integration, and energy storage technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
