About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps, to automate complex business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into low‑code solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Integrate Power Platform components with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs to create seamless data flows.
- Implement governance, security, and compliance controls across all Power Platform artifacts.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, and integration patterns.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, maintainable low‑code solutions at enterprise scale.
