Lead the design, governance, and long‑term success of an enterprise low‑code and AI application ecosystem using Power Platform, Azure, and advanced AI capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) across the organization.
- Define and enforce governance policies, security standards, and best practices for low‑code development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, reusable components and workflows.
- Integrate AI and machine‑learning models into Power Platform applications to enhance automation and insights.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
- Hands‑on experience with AI Builder, custom connectors, and integrating external APIs.
- Deep understanding of governance, security, and compliance in a low‑code environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
