About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and integration of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Architect and implement business process automation to streamline audit workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable, secure applications.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders on best practices and platform capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
- Hands‑on experience with .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs for custom connectors.
- Knowledge of data modeling, security, and governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
