Design and deliver user‑centric business applications on Microsoft Power Platform, creating scalable Power Apps, automated workflows, and data visualizations while applying strong UX/UI design principles.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build end‑to‑end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces and workflows.
- Implement best‑practice UX/UI design patterns to ensure high adoption and accessibility.
- Optimize performance, maintainability, and security of Power Platform solutions.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Power Apps (canvas & model‑driven), Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and Dataverse data modeling.
- Strong UX/UI design skills with a focus on usability and accessibility standards.
- Solid understanding of Azure services (e.g., Azure AD, Logic Apps) and integration techniques (REST, connectors).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
