About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance existing Power BI implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and maintain robust data models, writing complex DAX measures and calculated columns.
- Develop, test, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports that meet client business requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve performance and data quality issues, providing timely troubleshooting support.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, present insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Power BI development experience in a consulting or client‑facing role.
- Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and SQL Server.
- Strong data modeling skills with a focus on performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality solutions on time.
