About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
- Design, implement, and optimize automated business processes using BPM tools and scripting.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach cross‑functional teams, and maintain product backlogs.
- Analyze process performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and report ROI to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements and drive change management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PMO and process automation within a complex enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale automation projects with measurable cost and time savings.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and BPM methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.
