Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve resilient, cloud‑native backend systems that support real‑time financial transactions and regulatory controls.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, setting coding standards, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of platform features, from design through production, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations to define and enforce platform governance, monitoring, and incident response.
- Mentor and coach engineers, facilitating career growth and technical skill development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend and platform development.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling cloud‑native services on AWS, using Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong expertise in Java or Python, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data platform design, including data ingestion, processing, and analytics pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving technical excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
