PerfectServe is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to drive the design, build, and optimization of our cloud platform capabilities. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience in containerized infrastructure, especially Kubernetes, along with a strong command of modern cloud technologies, automation practices, and security principles. You’ll also help shape how we leverage AI and AIOps to make our platform smarter, more resilient, and more self-healing.
Serving as a technical anchor on the platform team, you’ll tackle our most complex infrastructure challenges and raise the bar for engineering quality across the organization. Your work will directly support the healthcare community we serve.
Essential Functions
Technical Design & Architecture Lead the design and planning of cloud-native systems, ensuring they meet business objectives, scalability needs, and security standards. Drive architecture decisions and establish patterns and best practices that the broader engineering team can adopt.
Cloud Implementation & Strategy Drive the deployment and evolution of cloud-based solutions with a strong focus on AWS services, leveraging modern Infrastructure as Code and automation strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they strengthen the platform.
AI & AIOps Integration Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to platform operations, including intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive autoscaling, automated incident triage, and root-cause analysis. Evaluate and integrate AIOps tooling to reduce toil, accelerate mean time to resolution, and move toward self-healing infrastructure.
