Devops Engineer
Senior Platform Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI to automate application delivery.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes, managing deployments, scaling, and monitoring.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation, versioning configurations and ensuring reproducibility.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and enforce best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC) and container orchestration.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts, pipeline tooling, and release management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
