Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of TM1-based planning solutions and Cognos analytics dashboards using Agile methodologies, ensuring high-quality data models and insightful visualizations for business users.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize TM1 cubes and data models to support complex planning and budgeting scenarios.
- Build and maintain interactive Cognos Analytics dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights.
- Apply Agile principles: participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve delivery cadence.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across the ETL and reporting layers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in TM1 development and Cognos Analytics dashboard creation.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and performance optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile development practices and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
