Senior Photolithography Process Development Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Photolithography Process Development Engineer to join our team at Fab 10N/X in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing photolithography processes to meet the needs of our cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new photolithography processes to improve yield and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes into existing manufacturing flows
• Optimize existing processes to improve performance and reduce variability
• Develop and maintain process control strategies to ensure consistent quality
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in photolithography process development and optimization
• Strong knowledge of photolithography principles and semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Experience with Python programming and machine learning algorithms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks
