About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans for web, API, and mobile applications using LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to development and architecture teams.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and automate test execution.
- Develop custom test scripts and utilities in Python or other scripting languages to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Monitor and tune test environments on cloud platforms such as AWS to simulate realistic load conditions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices for performance engineering across projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance testing and analysis.
- Proficiency with LoadRunner, JMeter, or comparable load testing tools.
- Strong scripting skills, preferably Python, for test automation and data processing.
- Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and ability to configure scalable test environments.
