About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for attribution and performance metrics using AWS services and Big Data technologies.
- Develop and refine machine learning models and optimization algorithms to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for advertisers and agencies.
- Own the technical architecture of performance engines, ensuring high availability, low latency, and robust monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and iterate on performance insights.
- Conduct end‑to‑end evaluation, A/B testing, and data‑driven experimentation to validate model improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or performance advertising roles.
- Experience with real‑time data processing frameworks (Spark, Flink, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
