Senior analyst responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing People Systems (Workday/HRIS), delivering data insights and automation to support global talent operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday and related HRIS modules to support global talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, and performance processes.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Python to provide actionable insights for People Operations.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to define system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Lead system integrations and data migrations, ensuring seamless flow between HRIS, payroll, benefits, and analytics tools.
- Create and deliver training materials and documentation to empower end‑users and promote best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Workday or comparable enterprise HRIS in a fast‑moving, global environment.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience building visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Hands‑on scripting/automation skills with Python or comparable languages.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive system enhancements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, data‑driven mindset.
