Senior analyst responsible for identifying, assessing and governing IT, cyber, data, digital and resilience risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and Allianz UK’s risk appetite through robust governance and assurance processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess and monitor IT, cyber, data, digital, property and resilience risks across the organization.
- Develop and maintain risk governance frameworks, policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and group standards.
- Coordinate risk assurance activities, including internal audits, control testing and remediation tracking.
- Provide risk reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting emerging threats and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed risk controls into operational processes and technology projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity governance, or related risk & compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIS, ISO 27001) and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with GRC platforms and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred.
