Systems Engineer
Lead data analytics and integration for RCES, driving program development, operational strategy, and senior leadership decisions using SQL, Python, ETL processes, and Tableau dashboards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, cleanse, and transform data from multiple RCES systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Facilities Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering) to validate data for external reporting and internal decision‑making.
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Lead data storytelling initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise narratives.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards across all reporting outputs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, integration, and visualization within a large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, or similar).
- Strong Tableau or Power BI expertise, with a proven track record of delivering impactful dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical insights into business‑friendly language.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder priorities.
