Devops Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Red Hat OpenShift and Linux infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across enterprise workloads.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters and underlying RHEL servers across multiple environments.
- Provide day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for OpenShift and container workloads.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to enforce best practices, compliance, and secure container images.
- Monitor cluster health, capacity, and resource utilization; plan capacity and scale infrastructure proactively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes and RHEL administration.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) and experience with automation tools (Ansible, Helm).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, container registries, and security scanning.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (Red Hat Certified Engineer, OpenShift Administrator) preferred.
