About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Node.js microservices that power the EverTeam platform.
- Architect and deploy scalable solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, API Gateway) with a focus on reliability and security.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and AWS CodePipeline to ensure rapid, automated releases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define API contracts, data models, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in testing, monitoring, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience, primarily with Node.js and JavaScript.
- Deep expertise in AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Proven track record building and scaling microservices and serverless architectures.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
