Role Summary

As a Senior NLP / LLM / LLMOps Data Scientist , you will work at the intersection of Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, Information Retrieval, and Machine Learning Engineering.

You will partner with ML Engineers, Customer Journey Experts, Product teams, and business stakeholders to design, build, and operationalize production-grade NLP and Generative AI solutions.

Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of AI development—from experimentation and model development to deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

As part of ING's global Analytics organization, you'll contribute to conversational AI and KYC capabilities supporting teams across multiple countries and business domains.

Our hybrid working model is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility. Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.

We also offer additional flexibility during August, allowing colleagues to work remotely throughout the month.

As part of a globally distributed organization, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple ING locations while contributing to large-scale AI initiatives that create impact across the bank.
