Key Responsibilities
- Design and specify physical network infrastructure, including cabling, connectors, racks, and passive components.
- Oversee installation of network cables, switches, routers, and other passive networking equipment.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to verify network connectivity and performance.
- Provide desktop OS support, including configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Document network designs, installation procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network infrastructure and passive support.
- Strong knowledge of cabling standards, switches, routers, and passive networking equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop operating systems and network connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
