About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy hybrid cloud networking solutions integrating on‑prem, cloud, and OCONUS sites.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, and SD‑WAN infrastructures.
- Implement robust security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption across all links.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet performance, compliance, and availability SLAs.
- Monitor network health, analyze traffic patterns, and proactively resolve issues.
- Document network designs, procedures, and change management activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking and communications.
- Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and OCONUS connectivity.
- Proficiency with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VPN technologies, and SD‑WAN platforms.
- Strong security background with experience in firewall, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
