About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of .NET applications supporting consumer lending services.
- Drive moderately complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan large‑scale technical strategies and roadmap enhancements.
- Review and resolve technical challenges, providing in‑depth evaluations of technologies, code quality, and procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate team efforts to meet client requirements and improve system performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise‑grade applications using .NET and C#.
- Strong proficiency with SQL databases and designing RESTful APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading technical teams.
