About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level III technical expertise for ultrasonic, radiographic, and phased‑array NDE inspections across multiple projects.
- Diagnose and resolve complex equipment and software issues, coordinating with vendors and field personnel.
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures, calibration standards, and documentation to meet regulatory and internal quality requirements.
- Train and mentor junior NDE staff, delivering technical guidance and best‑practice workshops.
- Analyze inspection data, generate reports, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on NDE experience with a focus on ultrasonic, radiographic, and phased‑array techniques.
- Advanced certification (e.g., ASNT Level III) in relevant NDE methods.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and support NDE instrumentation and software in field environments.
- Strong understanding of industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ASME) and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical support, training, and report preparation.
