About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions for Windows, iOS, and Android across a global enterprise.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and related security policies to enforce device compliance and data protection.
- Automate device provisioning, updates, and remediation using PowerShell scripts and Azure Automation.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to integrate mobile devices into secure VPN, Wi‑Fi, and application access frameworks.
- Monitor device health, performance, and compliance metrics; generate reports and recommend improvements.
- Provide tier‑2 support for end‑user device issues and coordinate with field teams for rapid resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing mobile devices in a large, security‑critical environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and MDM best practices.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with Azure Automation.
- Knowledge of mobile security standards (MDM, MAM, BYOD) and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
