MLOps Engineer
Senior ML Ops Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling AI services across a growing client base using Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure, while ensuring robust monitoring and maintenance of ML models and NLP systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure on Kubernetes and AWS to support AI services for multiple clients.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, versioning, and rollback using Docker and GitOps practices.
- Monitor model performance, detect drift, and orchestrate automated retraining workflows for NLP and predictive models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready services.
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across all ML operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ML Ops or related roles, with a strong background in Python and container orchestration.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (EKS, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of NLP pipelines, model monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
