Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine‑learning models to unlock customer insights, leveraging Python, SQL, and AWS services to build scalable data pipelines and production‑ready solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and production‑grade machine‑learning models that predict customer behavior and enhance personalization.
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and AWS services (S3, Glue, SageMaker).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
- Perform rigorous model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Document methodologies, share best practices, and mentor junior data scientists.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine‑learning or data‑science roles, preferably in a customer‑centric environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, SageMaker, Redshift).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and A/B testing is a plus.
