Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full media operations lifecycle, from planning and execution to optimization and reporting across digital channels.
- Collaborate with data science, marketing, and client teams to translate insights into actionable media strategies.
- Manage media budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost‑effective delivery while meeting performance targets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reports to track ROI and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and new technologies to enhance media efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media operations or digital marketing within a data‑driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and media measurement platforms.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience working with large media budgets and vendor negotiations.
- Knowledge of retail or consumer brand media landscapes is a plus.
