About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies for high‑impact defense and healthcare projects.
- Perform advanced finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity and optimize performance.
- Utilize CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA) to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.
- Implement additive manufacturing processes, selecting appropriate materials and post‑processing techniques.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with electrical, software, and systems engineers to integrate mechanical solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and relevant industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing.
- Hands‑on experience with additive manufacturing and material selection.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
