Software Engineer
Senior Mechanical and Robotics Technician responsible for reading technical drawings, maintaining CMMS data, and troubleshooting conveyor and electrical systems to ensure optimal plant performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze complex blueprints and schematics for mechanical and electrical components.
- Maintain and update Computer‑Aided Maintenance Management System (CMMS) records for all conveyor and robotic equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in conveyor drives, motors, and control panels.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during all maintenance activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance of conveyor and robotics systems.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and using CMMS software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles, motor control, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Valid forklift and heavy equipment operation certifications preferred.
