Lead the design and development of high‑performance MCU‑based cluster and safety IC control software for SDV, ensuring reliable data delivery and mission‑critical fault tolerance using ARM Cortex‑M/R, ISO 26262 compliance, and advanced communication interfaces.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Implement vehicle‑core data processing and transmission logic for cluster display (speed, RPM, telltale).
- Develop drivers for safety SBC/PMIC, managing SPI/I2C register configuration and state monitoring.
- Design and maintain external watchdog (Window/Q&A) kick logic to guarantee system responsiveness.
- Architect and implement SW safety mechanisms to meet ASIL requirements and achieve safety goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate and validate safety‑critical modules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in embedded software development for automotive applications.
- Strong knowledge of MCU communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART) and high‑speed data handling.
- Hands‑on experience with ARM Cortex‑M/R architectures and multi‑core MCU control.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 and safety‑critical software development practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑centric environment.
