About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance master data governance frameworks for product information across global systems.
- Lead product change initiatives, coordinating with engineering, regulatory, supply chain, and marketing to ensure accurate data flow.
- Develop, execute, and document data validation and migration scripts using SQL and related tools.
- Analyze data quality issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on master data standards and change management processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in master data management or product data change roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data modeling and data quality tools.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management concepts and related ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional change projects and drive process improvements.
