Senior Marketing Manager, Product & Brand

About the Role

Epic Games is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who is passionate about both product and brand marketing. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for our various products and the Epic Games brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that combine product-specific goals with broader brand objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
• Collaborate closely with product development, creative, PR, and community teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Track and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
• Champion the Epic Games brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both product marketing and brand marketing, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience with go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing agencies and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for games and understanding of the Epic Games ecosystem.
