About the Role
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with deep experience in Paid Social to join our growing Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the paid social strategy across a variety of Epic Games products. You’ll be responsible for scaling programs across a wide range of products, defining campaign strategy and setting up campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with the Growth, Analytics, and Creative teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute end-toend paid social strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives for multiple Epic Games products, including Fortnite, Rocket League, Epic Games Store, and more.
- Act as the primary point of contact and a subject matter expert for all things Paid Social.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative and brand teams to develop impactful ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Manage significant budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across various platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.) and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising, bringing new ideas and innovation to the team.
- Partner with our Analytics team to define robust measurement frameworks, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns for large-scale, high-growth products, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving performance marketing KPIs (e.g., user acquisition, revenue, engagement).
- In-depth knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.), ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and other experimentation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming landscape and player behavior.
- Experience managing and developing a team is a plus.
