About the Role
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our direct-response, paid media campaigns. In this role, you'll optimize campaigns for some of our most exciting new initiatives and drive meaningful growth for our products and the Epic Games Store.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital performance marketing, a passion for games and consumer products, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive direct response paid media strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to search, social, display, video, and app marketing.
- Manage significant campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance to achieve key KPIs.
- Lead the ideation and development of creative strategy for performance campaigns, working closely with internal creative teams.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and the gaming industry.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong focus on direct response campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid media budgets and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and how it impacts performance marketing.
- Experience with various ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and measurement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for games and consumer products is a plus.
