Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Influencer & Creator Relations to join our global marketing team. This role will lead influencer relations initiatives for key Epic products, driving strategies, establishing best practices, and working with cross-functional teams to build impactful campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Global Influencer Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive influencer and creator relations strategies for key Epic products, defining goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns from end-to-end, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and product roadmap.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, talent agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with influencers and creators to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with target audiences and effectively promotes Epic products.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to derive insights, optimize future initiatives, and demonstrate ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities in the influencer marketing space to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, brand, PR, social media, and legal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution.
- Guideline Development: Establish and enforce best practices and guidelines for influencer partnerships, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator relations, preferably within the video game industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute global influencer strategies that drive measurable results.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Product Knowledge: Passion for video games and a deep understanding of the gaming influencer landscape.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
