Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Global Performance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing high-impact performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement across Epic’s diverse portfolio of products, with a primary focus on mobile. You will leverage data-driven insights to manage multi-million dollar budgets, optimize bids, and enhance campaign performance across various ad platforms and channels.
What You’ll Do
- Strategize, plan, execute, and optimize global performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on mobile user acquisition.
- Manage significant campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Identify, evaluate, and test new channels, partners, and strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and iteratively test and optimize performance.
- Utilize data and analytics to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and make informed decisions on campaign optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key ad platform representatives and partners.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale mobile advertising campaigns.
- Deep understanding of mobile advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies and results to various stakeholders.
- A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry landscape is a plus.
