About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager for Global Growth Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving global user acquisition and retention efforts across Epic Games' diverse portfolio of games and products. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of growth marketing initiatives, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive global growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across various channels and platforms.
- Lead and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, including strategy, budget allocation, channel selection, creative development, and optimization.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Oversee SEO/ASO strategies to maximize organic visibility and drive user acquisition through relevant search channels.
- Manage CRM strategies, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Identify and evaluate new growth channels, partnerships, and technologies to expand Epic Games' reach and impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in growth marketing and the gaming industry.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in user acquisition and retention for global products.
- Deep expertise in various digital marketing channels, including paid social, search, display, programmatic, and mobile app marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization frameworks.
- Excellent understanding of attribution models, LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROI analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large marketing budgets and forecast performance effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the gaming industry or a strong passion for games is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
