What you’ll do
- Lead growth initiatives and campaigns across different products (e.g., Fortnite, Epic Games Store, Fall Guys) and regions, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to develop and execute localized growth strategies that resonate with local audiences and market dynamics.
- Identify new growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance and user journeys.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across various channels, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and creative teams to implement growth features and optimize user experience.
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, digital marketing, and the gaming industry.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Proven track record of driving significant user growth and achieving marketing KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with various marketing channels and tactics, including mobile user acquisition, CRM, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
